When therapy uses the powerful processes of meditation and somatics
(body awareness), it is also a journey of discovery that connects
you with wisdom that is not ordinarily available. Using meditation
and somatics, we are able to tap into non-verbal, less conscious
aspects of yourself. We work "holistically", honoring
and receiving and using information from all parts of your whole
