Meditation Training  Return

To live our daily lives centered in a healthy self-awareness, I teach classes
and provide consultation in mindfulness meditation. This type of meditation
was featured as an approach to stress management on the PBS television series
"Healing and the Mind" with Bill Moyers, when he offered a segment on the
work of Jon Kabat-Zinn in Massachusetts.

Learning mindfulness will help you achieve a full, accepting awareness of
reality -- living in the present moment. It may help relieve tension, pain,
and emotional distress. Because meditation relaxes the body and mind, it is
usually beneficial for anyone.

I recommend learning this work in a class setting and I teach a
class several times annually at Kaiser-Permanente. If it isn't possible for
you to take a class, individual instruction is available.
